PLACING AN ORDER

US Customers ONLY!!!
1. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover, Venmo for online credit or debit card sales (see below), Paypal (see below). For qualifying products/orders you also have the option to use Afterpay and pay in 4 equal installments, due every 2 weeks (see below).
2. We offer USPS and Fed EX shipping options. As stated at checkout orders usually PROCESS and SHIP within 3 to 4 of our business days. If your order will be delayed much longer than this we will email you. Keep processing time in mind when selecting 2 Day or any RUSH shipping or ordering around the Holidays.

Please keep in mind - we are a small business. Each order is done by hand. The status will remain PENDING until it it packed and the label is created for it to be picked up on its way to you. Once that is done the status changes to PROCESSED and you will begin to receive tracking emails. S
hipping notifications are not itemized. Again every order is done by hand. If we had to type in every single thing on each order we wouldn't get many out so they all read "1 item" for contents. Orders are weighed and labels created - contents are not logged.
Website shipping times are estimates and do not take into account when we are closed, weather delays, Holidays, etc.
We do not ship Sun or Mon.
We are CLOSED Sun & Mon. We are a small brick & mortar shop - NOT AMAZON - & we are closed Sun & Mon as our days off.
Fed Ex Express picks up packages Wed & Fri.
We must schedule FedEx Ground.
USPS picks up Tues thru Sat.
3. You will be emailed confirmations when your order Processes and Ships. The ORDER PROCESSED confirmation email will have your tracking number. YOU MUST GIVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS & BILLING ADDRESS WHEN YOU ORDER. FedEx requires a valid phone number!!!
4. We are not responsible if your order is delivered and you are not following the tracking. You must email us immediately if your order was marked as delivered but you did not get it. We cannot assist if an order was left unattended because tracking was not being followed and ends up missing as a result. This is why we have a 48 hour policy in place. You need to reach out if your order is not moving. The faster we know the faster we can assist & the faster it can be found and delivered to you.
5. If you do not receive your order, or if anything is missing or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of the date of delivery on the online tracking.
If we send the wrong item just email us a pic of the issue with your order number to start the process of fixing our error!
6. We require a $5 minimum order (before the shipping is added).
7. We do not ship orders placed to "Suites" aka Businesses that ship orders that placed in the US to foreign countries attempting to keep it looking like the order is staying in the US. If your payment is verified we can ship but are not responsible if it makes it the Suite but not to you. Our tracking stops at the Suite.
8. We often used recycled boxes and packaging. We try to leave as little a footprint as possible on the environment when shipping. Local Customers often drop off boxes and packaging for us to reuse! If you get an odd looking box that is the reason.
9. We reserve the right to refuse payment, refund and cancel any order. Media Mail is a discounted shipping for Music and Books only. If you choose it and you are not eligible we will either reach out for postage due or hold AYP Points to cover the difference!
10. We ARE NOT responsible if your item is lost by an international shipper you have sent the order to in the US. Exporting orders out of the USA to your International location using a shipping company you choose is out of our control if that company loses the package.
11. We ARE NOT responsible if you submit an incorrect delivery address or an address with typos / autofill issues. Please review the mailing address to ensure it includes apartment numbers, suites, lot numbers, SPC, PO Box, etc. We will reship if an order comes back to us but POSTAGE WILL BE DUE to reship if we shipped to the address exactly as provided & the error is not ours!
CANCELED ORDERS
1. We are a small business and we understand things come up and you may need to cancel an order. It is however a strain on our supply and manpower. If the order is not processed and packed and you reach out quickly via email we can cancel and refund the order. "Processed" means the order itself has been batch processed - not the order status changing from pending to processed. Those are 2 separate things.
If the order is pulled, packed, and ready to ship but the label is not created we can cancel but there will be a 3% processing fee as everything has been completed, supplies used, & items removed from the site & we have been charged a fee when the order was processed.
If it is pulled, packed, and the label created we cannot cancel the order!!
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ORDERS
1. All credit/debit card transactions, including PHONE ORDERS, are processed online through our secure server and processor. Our security is verified yearly by an independent auditor and we have been PCI compliant ever since we started those audits several years ago. If you are not comfortable with using your credit card for online purchases please mail a money order instead (see instructions below).
2. You MUST give the correct billing address and 3 digit security code (CSC) for the credit card you are using. Address/CSC verification protects ourselves and our customers from FRAUD. We can usually ship to an alternate address, but we still need to verify this information.
3. If we are not given the correct billing address or CSC we will email you, and if we are not given the correct information after 3 days the order will be cancelled.
4. If its your FIRST ORDER, or if the order is for a large amount, we may require that the order ship ONLY to the billing address. Larger orders may also be held an extra 3-4 days while we perform additional security checks.
5. The charge will show up on your statement as Angry Young and Poor. If we need to remove anything from your order you will be refunded, but if you would like to add items to an order you already placed we will need to get your credit card information again.
6. We will not accept credit card payments to Suites that then ship orders out of the US to foreign countries. Orders will be canceled and refunded. You can pay with Paypal for the shipping and processing of these orders. If an outside Shipping Co you send your package to to forward your package for the USA to your International location loses your package that is out of our hands and we will not refund the order.
7. Gift Cards that do not have a linked address / chip may not be accepted. This is beyond our control.

1. We accept PayPal & Paypal Paylater orders for all US and & some International orders.
AFTERPAY ORDERS
Afterpay can be used for qualifying orders (typically between $35.00 and $1,000.00). Just choose the Afterpay option during checkout to be eligible for 4 interest free payments every 2 weeks! You must be over 18 and a resident of the US, UK, Canada, Australia or New Zealand to qualify.
