    I want to rip open a beer with my teeth and smash it off of someone’s head 2 seconds into this record and I don’t even drink! I imagine this is how it would go seeing them live. I have listened to Radiation Blues on repeat day dreaming of how a live show would be seeing HOLEHOG. I can only see it being 20 mins of pure beautiful chaos in your favorite garage or basement space. A full 8 songs of pent up emotions ready to explode. That is just what this record does. It fucking explodes like you want every punk record to do. They captured that live feeling so well. It’s fast, angry, hooks, breakdowns that make you want to destroy everything in your path. I hear sounds of 80s US Hardcore, Uk 82 and turn of the century street punk. Like Early Agnostic Front, Massacre era Exploited, Casualties underground Army and bits of Violent Society. Charged Records did a killer job coming back to the table with its new release on its label since the labels rebirth in 2020. I got the splatter version with screen printed B side. If you love records and packaging, charged crushed it. I hope Charged keeps it finger on the pulse with great Hardcore Street Punk records. Buy the fucking record.
