The number of rings varies depending on what size you get. The Small belt has 5 rings, the XL has 8. Waist sizes- S: 27-30, M: 31-34, L: 35-38, XL: 39-42, XXL: 43-46. (Make sure you ADD at least 2-4" to your regular waist size since these are worn around the hips!) If you're not sure what size to get, measure a belt you own that fits you (JUST the leather part!). The measurements of these belts from end to end are: S: 34.5", M: 38.5", L: 42.5", XL: 46.5", XXL- 50.5".
